THE FUTURE OF TALENT
Strategies to Accelerate Upskilling and Leadership Development

An executive evening for talent leaders in Munich.
Over the past few years, the role of Learning and Development has gone through significant change. From tactical to strategic, L&D has become the catalyst for talent retention, leadership development and business transformation.
Yet, empowering teams to stay ahead of change while ensuring alignment throughout the wider organisation remains a challenge for most CLOs and L&D leaders.
Rethinking talent strategy across all levels
Join a group of talent leaders in Munich on Wednesday 20 March for a session where international L&D leader Nick van Dam will facilitate an insightful conversation on what the future of talent strategy and leadership development in our industry looks like.
Together we will explore how the definition of 'talent' is changing, and how scalable learning solutions can nurture leadership at all levels of the organisation.
Hear from industry experts, network and connect with other senior talent leaders.
All discussion will take place under Chatham House Rule.
